Is this just a chatbot, or can it actually take action? Our agents connect to real systems — CRMs, order databases, spreadsheets, internal tools — through typed APIs and browser automation where no API exists. Actions above a risk threshold wait for human approval, and every run is logged.
What AI models and technology do you use? We are model-agnostic: hosted and local LLMs, RAG for grounded answers, LangChain and LangGraph for agent orchestration, Python for backend services, and Playwright or n8n for automation.
